Key takeaway:
Gregory is the President and Founder of Custom Processing Services, which is a high-tech toll processing company specializing in particle size reduction, materials holding, and contract manufacturing. They have two facilities, one in Reading and one in East Greenville, both in Pennsylvania. Custom Processing Services is currently a customer, having just signed a 3mw Demand Response deal. They are also a LFBI customer. Chris is actively working on signing their electric, which NRG does not have. This is the main priority why Chris wanted to not only invite Gregory to this suite, but also to the seminar we conducted in August.
Hosted by Mark Tavares, Jim attended the game with his wife, Connie. They took advantage of the pre-game field passes. It was Connie's birthday, and she was thrilled that the Eagles pulled off an incredible comeback victory over the Rams. Connie also won an autographed Nolan Smith football for winning the 3rd quarter Pick'em game, which was the icing on the cake for an incredible birthday!
Key takeaway:
Jim is the Director of Plant Operations at Muhlenberg College. Muhlenberg has been customers of NRG for over 10 years now, a relationship that was previously owned by Jarod Testa and now passed on to Mark. They signed Muhlenberg to a new Demand Response deal totaling $100,000. Earlier this year, Mark signed their large new electric load on LFBI, totaling $150,000. Overall, NRG serves all of Muhlenberg's locations for natural gas, electric, and Demand Response. There is an extremely strong relationship here.

This relationship was previously owned by Phil Bennethum, but Joe has taken it over the past two years. Joey is a loyal customer who is very appreciative of the invites he has received throughout the years.
