Not only was this a premier hospitality event, but it also marked the excitement of MLB’s Opening Weekend — making it the perfect way to kick off the 2025 baseball season. This game set the tone for an exciting year of premium hospitality experiences.
Crafting the Perfect Event
The journey to this special night began long before the first pitch. Best.Day.Ever. collaborated with the New York Yankees to secure three contractual suites for the 2025 season. From there, we identified which NRG team would best benefit from this premium asset and engaged with them to maximize its impact.
Pre-Event Execution: Every Detail Covered
Best.Day.Ever. partnered with NRG’s NYC sales team to curate a thoughtful guest list of top customers. Sales reps submitted invite requests, which were then approved before being extended to clients. To ensure a smooth experience, Best.Day.Ever. handled RSVP tracking and logistics. Mobile tickets were distributed via Ticketmaster, with direct communication to help each guest download their tickets properly.
Adding a fun layer of engagement, guests were invited to participate in a custom Pick’em game upon arrival to the suite. With two signed baseballs—one by Yankees legend Jorge Posada and the other by manager Aaron Boone—on the line, the competition added extra energy to the already electric evening. Best.Day.Ever. coordinated a premium food and beverage order through Yankees hospitality provider Legends Hospitality, ensuring everything was in place before the gates even opened.

During the game, Yankees personnel brought two rare historical artifacts into the suite for a one-of-a-kind Hands on History experience.
