Venue Collaboration: The Cowboys Golf Club played a central role in the event, enhancing the experience with its stunning environment while contributing to the overall atmosphere and guest interactions. We worked hand-in-hand with the Cowboys Golf Club team to get perfect tee times, set up engaging contests, arrange amazing meals, and manage all equipment needs. Their partnership allowed us to create an elevated, turnkey experience for every guest from the moment they stepped onto the course. 

Guest Management and Logistics: Our team handled all the logistics – managing the budget, booking hotels, and arranging transportation without missing a beat. A custom RSVP system empowered NRG sales reps to submit invite requests, which we approved and tracked in real time. By managing the waitlist strategically, we ensured a fully attended event filled with high-value guests. Every detail was executed with precision, from pre-event communications to seamless day-of arrivals. 

Gifting and On-Site Hospitality: Upon arrival, guests were welcomed with personalized gift packages and guided through a smooth check-in process. Our team was there every step of the way – greeting people at registration, helping them find their way around, and creating special moments. One major highlight? A special appearance by NRG-sponsored athlete Lauren Coughlin, which added a memorable personal touch. 

Content and Follow-Up: To make the memories last, we had photographers on-site capturing every key moment. Guests received a curated digital photo album after the event, along with a follow-up survey. All guest data was integrated into NRG’s relationship management system, tying the day’s engagement back to future business development goals.
